The 27th annual Governor's Forum on Colorado Agriculture brought together producers, consumers, experts, and other ag stakeholders to examine how each of those sectors converge to make agriculture one of the leading influencers in the state.
Additionally, the Colorado Egg Producers (CEP) Association was well-represented at the event. CEP Executive Director Bill Scebbi was also among the 200-plus people at the Feb. 22 event.
The Forum this year featured nearly 50 presenters, including remarks from Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, and focused on the powerful impact agriculture has economically, environmentally and socially to make agriculture in our state an industry that has a $40 billion impact, and is a top-three driver of the state's economy.
